Simply go to My Account and you can either sign in from there or Create a New Account.

Why do I need to create or sign into an account with Qlocherie?

You do not need to create or sign into an account with Qlocherie to browse most areas of our website or make a purchase on our website. However, certain areas of the website are only open to you if you register. Possessing and signing into a registered account with us also allows you to save your wish list, site preferences and benefit from our rewards program. Some of our discounts and special offers are only available to members. It's free to join and stay as a member. No Strings Attached!!

Do you ship globally?

Is your Global shipping really a flat rate with no minimum purchase or limit?

Yes it really is!! Global or local, at Qlocherie, we are not one to nickel and dime on shipping rates. We ourselves have made many purchases online and it can be really frustrating with the high global shipping cost and on numerous occasions, even higher than the total cost of goods bought! We believe that anyone in whichever part of the world should be treated fairly and equally, thus we offer a flat shipping rate to available countries with no minimum order. In addition, should you satisfy a minimum order purchase, we will even throw the shipping cost in for free! Please visit our Shipping page for more detailed information.

Why can’t you ship free with no minimum order?

We aim to offer you products with the lowest cost we can and by doing so, regrettably we are not able to ship free with no minimum order because our costs will not be covered. Most businesses that do, usually use a low quality shipment method with no tracking method and packages often go missing with no responsibility given. In addition, these shipments often can take months to reach their destination! We certainly do not want that to happen to any of your purchases thus we only use faster shipping methods with tracking capability.

Can you deliver to another address other than my billing address?

Yes!! We can deliver to any address of your choice; provided they are in the available locations/countries we deliver to and are NOT PO Box addresses.

Can I track my orders?

Yes!! All orders are tracked. We partner with major shipping companies such as DHL, FedEX, UPS, USPS, Auspost etc. Once the dedicated shipping company is ready to ship your order, a notification will be issued to you.

How soon will I receive my purchase after placing an order?

It will generally take 2-12 business days depending on your location and the shipping methods chosen excluding processing times. We have listed all the time frames and countries we ship to on our Shipping page.

Do you accept returns and refunds?
